Secured data sharing among project team members - data sharing without data leakage, but no limitation of editing the data and guaranteeing the secured data recovery when the project completed

1. Professor (Project leader) uploads the data to secured ‘authentication & contents server’
2. Deploy Copy Protection USB drive, at which the security policies are applied, to the project members
3. Security policy assigns the data storage location (path) to each Copy Protection USB drive
4. All project member to access to the data storage location where he is allowed by the security policy (Automatic and enforced redirection to an assigned location)
5. Download the data only to Copy Protection USB drive and encrypt it enforcedly (Blocking any attempt to download the data to local drive or any other location than Copy Protection USB drive)
6. Upload the data from Copy Protection USB drive back to the original location where the data is downloaded (Block any and all attempt to save the data other than Copy Protection USB drive)
7. Collect Copy Protection USB drive back, when the project completed.
