• Convert standard USB drive / external HDD into secure USB drive / external HDD
• Hierarchical and flexible operation of security management for Provincial Office of Education, Sub-office of Education, Affiliated organization and schools
• Dispersion and optimization of network traffics for login, policy deployment, agent update and so on
• Secure USB user information update by synchronizing with organizational personnel information database
• Support the overall security management functionality required by the security rules of NIS

1. Conversion into secure devices: Convert the ordinary USB drive/External HDD into secure USB drive/External HDD at user’s PC where VXSAFE agent application is installed and registered them to VXSAFE management system in real-time automatically.
2. Synchronizing the personnel information database of Office of Education with VXSAFE user database and establishing the flexible manager operation scheme by appointing the hierarchical security-manager structure
3. Run security policy deployment and agent update based on IP addresses of each organization, department and user, as well as manage & control the file size of log data, transmission interval and so on
4. Synchronizing and matching USB drive management number with the department data in order to minimize the management tasks
